The Messenger of Allah ﷺ was asked about fasting on the Day of Arafah, and he said: “It expiates the sins of the previous year and the coming year.”  — Sahih Muslim 1162 ! 

- **Perfection of Islam**: The Day of Arafah commemorates when Allah perfected the religion of Islam and completed His favors upon Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This is marked by the revelation of Quran 5:3: "This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion" [1][2][8].

- **Best Day of the Year**: The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) stated that "there is no day on which Allah frees people from the Fire more so than on the Day of 'Arafah" [4]. Allah draws near to His creation on this day and expresses pride to the angels about those who are standing before Him [4].

Tomorrow, Monday, is expected to be the first day of the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah (dependent on moon sighting) 
Allah swears an oath by these blessed days in the Quran: "By the dawn and by the ten nights" (Surah Al-Fajr 89:1-2). The Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) explicitly stated: "There are no days in which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days"

Every year, millions of Muslims eagerly prepare for Ramadan. Communities organize taraweeh prayers, families plan suhoor and iftar, and hearts begin longing for Laylatul Qadr, but there is another season of worship that many people overlook. These are not ordinary days. They are the greatest days of the entire year in the sight of Allah swt.

The Prophet ﷺ said: “There are no days on which righteous deeds are more beloved to Allah than these ten days.”  The companions asked:“Not even jihad for the sake of Allah?”
He ﷺ replied: “Not even jihad for the sake of Allah, except for a man who went out with his life and wealth and returned with nothing. — Sahih al-Bukhari
