Re: Vacancy

This is to inform you that pursuant to clause M8 of the Constitution of the RIC, a vacancy has arisen in the Management Committee for the period of 2025-2027. If you are interested in becoming a Management Committee Member, please contact info@redbridgeislamiccentre.co.uk for nomination paper.

The candidate must
• Be a member of the Redbridge Islamic Centre for minimum 1 year
• Have knowledge /understanding of Islamic culture and heritage
• Have experience of, working in voluntary organisations/private or public sectors
• Have experience of or involvement in fund raising for mosques or other charitable organizations
• Have been involved in the activities/work of the RIC or any other mosques.

Duly completed nomination paper along, with a brief personal statement describing your experience, skills and knowledge should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Independent Election Commissioners, at any of the RIC Centres or emailed to info@redbridgeislamiccentre.co.uk

The closing date for the submission of the nomination papers is Wednesday 15th October 2025, 8:00pm.
