Depending on moonsighting, the Islamic New Year (1447) may begin this evening after Maghrib. If the moon is not sighted, the Islamic New Year will begin tomorrow after Maghrib.

Once the moon is sighted (this evening or tomorrow evening) and the month of Muharram begins, we will be reciting Surah Yasin nightly at IIT AFTER Maghrib prayers for ten consecutive nights to commemorate the Shuhada of Karbala. Please join us.
