Ṣadaqat al-Fiṭr is $10 per family member. The head of the household should give it on behalf of each member of the family.
Children who have their own zakāt-eligible savings should give their own Ṣadaqat al-Fiṭr. A parent giving on their behalf would suffice.

Ibn ʿAbbās (ra) said:
“The Messenger of Allah ﷺ prescribed Zakāt al-Fiṭr as purification for the fasting person from idle talk and obscene speech, and as food for the poor. Whoever gives it before the Eid prayer, it is accepted as zakāh; and whoever gives it after the prayer, it is merely a charity among the charities.”
