Come out tomorrow, Friday night to hear a retelling of the third great battle of Islam that took place in the month of Shawwal: the Battle of the Trench! Insha Allah we will hear the details and analyze the lessons from history that can inform us to this day.

Tonight’s gathering was a staff and Ramadan volunteer appreciation dinner—a small way to recognize the dedication, time, and heart given throughout the blessed month.

ISOC is built on the efforts of our volunteers, staff, and families. Every act of service for the sake of Allah (SWT) strengthens our community.

If you weren’t able to attend, please know you were in our thoughts and hearts. Our beloved scholars, Dr. Siddiqi and Sheikh Misra, made heartfelt duʿā’ for everyone who serves—whether you signed up to volunteer or simply picked up something off the floor on your way to pray.
