π Join Us for a Special Qur'an Read-Along/Maqra'ah Today β Open to all! π Assalamu Alaikum, We warmly invite you to a special Qur'an Read-Along with Shaykh Mohamed Gebril, happening Today after Maghrib (6:30 PM). πβ¨ This program is designed with a strong focus on young children and all ages, ensuring everyone benefits from learning the correct basics of Qur'anic recitation. β¨ This is a great opportunity for children and adults alike to learn and improve their Qur'an Recitation. A Mqra'ah or Read Along is where a Qari/Recitor recited, and everyone repeats after him. This is the best way for young and old to learn how to recite the Qur'an properly. The Shaykh will recite today, and allow us to learn how to recite the basic surahs correctly. Jumuah Fundraising for World Peace Association: Join us today (Friday, October 11, 2024) at IOST for a special Jumuah led by Khateeb Brother Khaleel Meek. In partnership with the World Peace Association, we will be raising funds for the Masjed AlNour project, dedicated to promoting peace and unity. Qur'an Night at IOST: Join us this evening from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM (After Maghrib) for Qur'an Night at IOST. Experience the beauty of Qur'anic recitation with renowned reciter, Sheikh Mohammad Jebril, as he leads us through various recitation styles. This gathering is a unique opportunity to experience the beauty and diversity of Qur'anic recitation, as we explore the maqamat and recitation traditions. This gathering promises to uplift our spirits and deepen our connection to the Qur'an. Dinner will be served following the event.
