The Islamic Society of Tampa Bay is pleased to announce that the First Day of Ramadan will be Tomorrow Wednesday February 18th, 2026,

*The first Taraweeh Prayer will be Tonight
Tuesday, February 17th, 2026 after Isha (8:00 pm)

Alhamdulillah as the moon has been sighted in several Muslim countries.

ISTABA wishes you and your loved ones a blessed Ramadan!

Insha'Allah, may this blessed month bring us peace, prosperity, and spiritual growth.

May Allah accept our fasting, prayers, zakat, and good deeds during this month of mercy and blessings. Ameen!


* Iftar will be on-site - Every Day

*Sisters with Children under age 7 are encouraged
to pray in Hall B


* Zakat El-Fitr will be $15 per person.

* Ramadan Reminders from Imam Arjan will be broadcast live on ISTABA Facebook
every day at 5:30pm.

* Taraweeh prayer will start after Isha Prayer.

Abdullah Ibn Umar (Radiallahu Anhu) reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Do not fast the month of Ramadan until you see the crescent moon, and do not break your fast until you see it. If the sky is cloudy for you, then estimate it.”( Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 1906, Ṣaḥīḥ Muslim 1080)
