Alhamdulillah, the Hilal Committee of Toronto and Vicinity has confirmed the sighting of the crescent moon for Rabiʿ al-Awwal 1448 AH.

Accordingly, Friday, August 14, 2026, will be the 1st of Rabiʿ al-Awwal 1448 AH.

We ask Allah swt to make this month a month of faith, guidance, mercy, blessings, and unity for the entire Ummah. May He grant us sincerity in our worship, steadfastness upon His Deen, and acceptance of our righteous deeds.
