Here's what's new since our last update:

💳 **Recurring donations — more control on the admin dahsboard:**
From the payments admin dashboard, each payment is a non-canceld non-failed auomatic payment, has two new options in the triple dots (…) menu on its row:
- **Change Future Bill Amount** — tap any recurring payment row to update what a donor is charged going forward, without canceling and recreating.
- **Change Next Bill Date** — reschedule the next charge date.

For both you'll be asked to provide a reason, which gets included in the email the donor receives — so they understand why and can reach out if it needs to be undone. If you want to see what the email looks like, if you have a $1 automatic donation, try modifying yours.

🖥️ **WordPress platform upgrade:**
- We upgraded our website platform from WordPress 6 to WordPress 7 series. We are now at the latest version which came out last week v7.1.1

🤲 **A reminder to keep the Ummah in your duas:**
- Domestically, our communities face psychological and many other forms of attacks, psychologically, spiritually etc.
- Internationally, our brothers are being that and more, physically targeted. Please keep the Ummah in your prayers.

Salam admins, we heard back from the image hosting service and unfortunately they aren't able to recover the event photos. We're very sorry — the only way to bring them back is to re-upload them. We know this is a hard one, as you may no longer have the photos on hand.

As we're bringing in a lot of changes at once, some breakage is happening, and 99.9% of the time we are able to recover it. This one instance, the event photos, we sadly could not. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and jazakallahu khayran for growing with us through it all.

On that note — here's everything new since our last update:

💳 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐬 — See exactly where money lands:
- Bank summary showing where payments go, a deposit badge on each payment, and filters to search deposits by the category or name of their payments
- Unassigned categories now clearly show they deposit to your default bank
- Payments and CSV exports can be filtered by card last4 and country, and exports include a new "canceled" column
- Your Stripe balance now shows the amount still settling, and refunds are clarified to use settled balance
- Refund emails now include the bank reference number (ARN) included so donors can trace a refund with their bank, or follow up on status if delays.

💳 𝐃𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦:
- Apple Pay/Google Pay now opens reliably
- Donors on slower mobile connections no longer get stuck
- A card number typed in the wrong field now shows a helpful message instead of a scary error

🔔 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Push notifications are delivered much more reliably, with far fewer delays

📺 𝐓𝐕 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐬:
- Reducing flicker, to hopefully none, if you still see it, please let us know.
- On some newer Fire TVs, typing a short link and pressing enter did nothing — the keyboard now shows a "Go" key that takes you straight there

🌐 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐣𝐢𝐝 𝐰𝐞𝐛 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬:
- Each masjid's listing on themasjidapp.org now shows its website and a "prayer times last updated" date
- Contact info like address and email can be copied with a tap
- Organizations (not just masjids) are now supported, and their listings no longer show prayer times they don't have

🛠️ 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
- A warning before leaving a page with unsaved form changes
- A logout button on the user dashboard
- Event enrollment forms that can be shared as direct links

🔧 Bad actors abusing the registration flow have been shut out.
🔧 More accurate kiosk location detection — this improves payment security at terminals.
