🌖 Fasting the White Days (Al-Ayyam Al-Bid) 🌖 Asslmau Alykum beloved brothers and sisters,🍀 🌙 Don’t Forget to fast the White Days (Al-Ayyam Al-Bid) starting tomorrow, insha'Allah! 🤍 🗓️ Saturday, Oct 24, 2026 - 13th Jumada Al Oula 1448 AH 🗓️ Sunday, Oct 25, 2026 - 14th Jumada Al Oula 1448 AH 🗓️ Monday, Oct 26, 2026 - 15th Jumada Al Oula 1448 AH 📜 The prophet Muhamad ﷺ: ✅ «صِيَامُ ثَلَاثَةِ أَيَّامٍ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ صِيَامُ الدَّهْرِ كُلِّهِ.» “Fasting three days of every month is like fasting for a lifetime.” (Bukhari & Muslim) ✅ عن قتادة بن ملحان رضي الله عنه قال: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَصُومَ الْبِيضَ: ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ، وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ، وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ، وَقَالَ: هُنَّ كَهَيْئَةِ الدَّهْرِ». Qatadah ibn Milhan (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: “The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to instruct us to fast the White Days: the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth. He said that they are like fasting for a lifetime.” ✅ عن معاذة العدوية أنها سألت عائشة رضي الله عنها: «أَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَصُومُ مِنْ كُلِّ شَهْرٍ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ؟ قَالَتْ: نَعَمْ». Mu‘adhah Al-Adawiyyah asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) whether the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to fast three days every month. She replied: “Yes.” - (Sahih Muslim) ✅ «يَا أَبَا ذَرٍّ، إِذَا صُمْتَ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ ثَلَاثًا، فَصُمْ ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ، وَأَرْبَعَ عَشْرَةَ، وَخَمْسَ عَشْرَةَ.» “O Abu Dharr, if you are going to fast three days of the month, then fast on the thirteenth, fourteenth, and fifteenth.” ✅ «مَنْ صَامَ يَوْمًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بَعَّدَ اللَّهُ وَجْهَهُ عَنِ النَّارِ سَبْعِينَ خَرِيفًا.» “Whoever fasts one day for the sake of Allah, Allah will keep his face away from the Fire by a distance of seventy years.” (Sahih al-Bukhari & Sahih Muslim) ✅ «تُعْرَضُ الأَعْمَالُ يَوْمَ الاِثْنَيْنِ وَالخَمِيسِ، فَأُحِبُّ أَنْ يُعْرَضَ عَمَلِي وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ.» “Deeds are presented to Allah on Mondays and Thursdays, and I love for my deeds to be presented while I am fasting.” May Allah accept our fasting and all of our good deeds, Ameen. 🤲🏻🌙💚
