Respected Brothers and Sisters,
We are pleased to inform you that Asr prayer will now begin at 4:40 PM. This change has been made to accommodate the afternoon Maktab, which starts at 5:00 PM, making it convenient for students, parents, and teachers to attend the prayer before beginning their lessons. Additionally, this new time still allows ample time before Maghrib prayer.
We apologize for not having the Madrasah open for Asr previously. The earlier prayer time made it challenging for our staff to return quickly after leaving, and with valuable equipment inside, it was necessary to keep the premises secure.
In Shaa Allah, the Madrasah will now be open for all prayers. Please check our website, www.diu.org.au, for the correct Iqaamah times.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan for your understanding and support.
