Five Pillars Free Clinic Inc.

Five Pillars Free Clinic Inc.’s founders created the organization because they felt that due to declining health care for average Americans there was a great need for free healthcare clinics where people who are uninsured and have low income can come and get access to health care at no cost. Helping humanity is one of the core principles of Islam which mandates that 2.5% of your yearly income must go to help the needy.

Our services include medical examinations, diagnostics, laboratory services, and pharmacy services. The services will be offered to low income and uninsured patients. We will not charge any fees for the services. We aim to provide free quality services for those who cannot afford medical services elsewhere.

In addition, Five Pillars Free Clinic Inc. will offer health education to patients and medication therapy management. Our pharmacists will check for therapeutic duplication of drug and drug to drug interactions. Furthermore, we will explore low cost alternatives for the patients.

Our main objectives are to:

Eliminate any barriers that get in the way of people getting proper health care and pharmacy services.
Increase the life span of people by providing healthcare from internists and specialists.
Provide Free access to laboratories

Provide pharmacy services that include Medication Management Therapies which encompass checking of duplicate drug therapy, drug to drug interactions, checking for proper dosage of medication and providing low cost alternatives for medications.
