Assalamu Alaikum dear parents,
As we prepare to welcome our children to Kaizen Academy Summer Camp at MCC, we are launching a campaign to raise $10,000 to strengthen security and safety measures for our youth, staff, volunteers, and community members.
Recent events have reminded us of the importance of taking proactive steps to help ensure that our children can learn, grow, and strengthen their connection to Islam in a safe and secure environment.
Your support will help fund security and safety enhancements, including security personnel, communication equipment, surveillance improvements, emergency preparedness resources, and other related measures designed to protect camp participants and the broader MCC community.
This is an investment in our children, our families, and the future of our community.
Every contribution, regardless of size, helps create a safer environment for our youth this summer.
May Allah (SWT) protect our community, bless our children, and reward your generosity.
Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. All contributions are received and administered by MCC and will be used in support of the charitable purposes described above, with final allocation determined by the organization based on identified security and safety needs.

Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
Dear Community Members,
We would like to inform the community that an unfortunate incident occurred today at MCC. An individual parked in a restricted area and, when respectfully asked by our staff to move their vehicle, responded with inappropriate, abusive, and threatening behavior.
MCC is the House of Allah and welcomes all who come to worship, learn, and gather in a spirit of faith, respect, and unity. However, the safety and well-being of our staff, volunteers, congregants, and property remain a top priority.
In light of recent events and our ongoing commitment to maintaining a safe environment for everyone, the MCC Board of Directors takes all security-related matters very seriously. A police report has been filed regarding this incident, and appropriate measures are being taken. Individuals who engage in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior will not be permitted on MCC premises.
We ask Allah (SWT) to bless our community with wisdom, patience, mutual respect, and safety. We appreciate your understanding and continued support as we work together to maintain a welcoming and secure environment for all.
Jazakum Allahu Khairan,
Tashfeen Bokhary
