### ISSV Expansion Project Update ###

Dear Simi Valley Community,

We would like to share an update on the progress of our expansion project and thank your for your continued patience and support as we work through the necessary approvals and preparations.

We are pleased to report progress on the following key items:

1. Sewer Project Approval and Upcoming Street Work - We have received approval from the City's Public Works (PW) Department for the sewer project. We are now proceeding with the required bidding process, followed by the initiation of construction work in the street. This is an important milestone in advancing the project.

2. Updated Plans Submitted for City Review - Our architect and civil engineer have submitted the updated project plans to the City for the second plan check. We are awaiting the City's review and will continue to keep the community informed as we receive updates on plan approval and the issuance of the required permits.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working with the City to move this project forward. Our goal is to keep the community informed throughout the process and provide timely updates as significant milestones are reached.
