Register your child for a fun learning experience of the Qur'an and Islamic Studies every Sunday.
Classes from September 13th to May 23rd.
This is your registration form for Sunday School (Insight Academy) 2026-2027.

By submitting this form I hereby release and forever discharge ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF ORANGE COUNTY, located at 1 Al Rahman Plaza (9752 13th Street), Garden Grove, California 92844, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors and successors (collectively “Releases”), from any physical injury, harm or discomfort that may arise as a result of my child(s) indirect or direct participation in the activities.
I hereby grant the Islamic Society of Orange County and Insight Academy permission to use photos and videos of my child for any marketing-related material. I hereby consent and permit my child to participate in outdoor play and activities, including but not limited to sports, dramatic play, projects, in-house shows, mixed martial arts, archery, and all other activities organized by the Islamic Society of Orange County and Insight Academy. I hereby give permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment in the event that my child needs it.
