Shaykh Dr. Haitham Al-Haddad is introduced as a jurist and judge for an Islamic council, with a background in Islamic sciences. He is known for exploring how Islamic jurisprudence can be applied in a Western context, re-examining traditional legal rulings (ifta) in light of modern sociopolitical realities.
