Register your child for a fun learning experience of Qur'an and Islamic Studies every Sunday.
Classes from September 7th to December 21st, 2025.

By submitting this form I hereby release and forever discharge ISLAMIC SOCIETY OF ORANGE COUNTY, located at 1 Al Rahman Plaza (9752 13th Street), Garden Grove, California 92844, their affiliates, managers, members, agents, attorneys, staff, volunteers, heirs, representatives, predecessors and successors (collectively “Releases”), from any physical injury, harm or discomfort that may arise as a result of my child(s) indirect or direct participation in the activities. I hereby grant Islamic Society of Orange County and Insight Academy permission to use photos and videos of my child for any and all Marketing related material. I hereby consent and permit my child to participate in outdoor play and activities including but not limited to sports, dramatic play, science projects, in-house shows, mixed martial arts, archery and all other activities organized by Islamic Society of Orange County and Insight Academy. I hereby give permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment in the event that my child needs it.
