On Sundays hall is available after 3pm
First level Multipurpose Hall is available for use by the local community members on the basis of the following agreement:
1. No alcoholic beverages or music is allowed on the JMIC premises.
2. ONLY Assembly Hall, kitchen and bathrooms are included in the hall rental.
3. JMIC will provide with only rectangle tables and chairs but not the setup. Please bring your own table covers, plates, cups, and cutlery.
4. All the used areas are to be left clean.
5. Turn off the lights and ensure building is properly locked before leaving.
6. The person reserving the hall is responsible for any damage to property, if incurred during use, otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
7. Person booking the hall is responsible for clearing the hall.
Note: THE HALL WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL THE FULL PAYMENT IS MADE AND AN APPROVED COPY IS IN THE OFFICE. INCASE THE HALL IS UNAVAILABLE ON THE DATE REQUESTED , YOU WILL HAVE 24 HOURS TO LET US KNOW THE NEXT DATE , OTHERWISE ONLY 50% DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.
