MNN is happy to offer Childcare Services for sisters who are interested in attending MNN Programs
For children 3+ years old. Parent must be on MNN premises the entire time. Registration is required as space is limited.
This week's programs include:

2. Friday Night Program
3. Book Club
3. Monday Juz 30 Tafseer
5. Monday Seerah
6. Wednesday Sister's Program (changes weekly - please specify)
This agreement is entered into between Muslim Neighbour Nexus (hereinafter referred to as "the Provider") and the parent(s)/guardian(s) (hereinafter referred to as "the Guardian") of the child listed below. The Provider offers temporary supervision for children on an hourly basis. This is not a licensed childcare
facility, and the service is provided as a short-term, drop-in supervision arrangement only.
By signing this form, the Guardian acknowledges and accepts the following:
a) The Guardian voluntarily places their child(ren) in the care of the Provider and its staff.
b) The Guardian fully understands that although every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure the safety of the children, accidents and unforeseen events may occur.
c) The Guardian hereby waives, releases, and discharges the Provider, its owners, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or equity, arising out of or relating to any loss, damage, injury, or illnesses or other communicable diseases that may be sustained by the child(ren) while in the care of the Provider, except where such loss or injury is the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Guardian acknowledges and accepts all inherent risks associated with activities provided at the child-minding service, including but not limited to:
- Indoor/outdoor play
- Group interaction with other children
- Use of age-appropriate toys and equipment
The Guardian assumes full responsibility for any resulting injury or loss.
- The Provider will take all reasonable steps to contact the Guardian in the event of illness, injury, or emergency.
- In the event that the Guardian cannot be reached, the Guardian authorizes the Provider to obtain and approve any emergency medical treatment deemed necessary for the child(ren).
- The Guardian agrees to bear any and all medical or transportation expenses incurred as a result.
- The Guardian confirms that the child(ren) is/are in good health and free from any contagious conditions.
- The Guardian agrees to notify the Provider of any allergies, medications, special needs, or medical conditions in writing prior to each visit.
- The Provider does not administer medications.
- Children must be dropped off and picked up only by authorized persons listed in the registration form.
- Valid government-issued photo ID may be required at pick-up.
- A late pick-up fee may be charged if the child is not picked up at the agreed- upon time.
- The Provider reserves the right to refuse release of a child to any person who appears to be under the influence of any medication or drugs that may be affecting their judgement.
-The Provider is not responsible for any personal items brought to the service, including clothing, toys, electronics, or valuables.
- The Provider maintains a safe and respectful environment. If a child exhibits aggressive, harmful, or disruptive behavior that cannot be safely managed, the Guardian may be called for immediate pick-up.
- Continued or repeated unsafe behavior may result in permanent dismissal from the program.
