Please complete this form to register your child for the Qur’ān classes at Quba Mosque.

Program Dates:
2 May 2026 – 27 June 2026

Class Schedule:
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Wednesdays: Delivered online after school - time TBD.

Eligibility:
Open to students in Year 3 through Year 6.

Reading Levels:
Reading levels will be determined on the first day of the program.

Refund Policy:
- The $200 enrolment fee is fully refundable up to and including 2nd May 2026.
- No refunds will be issued after this date.

Terms of Enrolment:
- To ensure a safe and positive environment for all students, repeated or serious misbehaviour may result in your child’s enrolment being reviewed and, if necessary, discontinued without a refund.
- Drop-off: From 9:50am for a 10:00am start (please do not arrive earlier as there will be no supervision).
- Pick-up: 1:00pm sharp.
- Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent/guardian or authorised adult.
- If your child is unwell (fever, contagious illness, vomiting, etc.), please keep them at home. We may contact you to pick up your child early if they become unwell during the program.
- While we take care with students’ belongings, we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
