Join us at IOST for our enriching Iqra After-School program, a weekday evening program designed to provide children with comprehensive Qur’anic education. Students will build a strong connection with the Qur’an, memorize surahs, strengthen their Salah, and grow in their Islamic knowledge within a loving masjid environment.

🗓️ Dates & Timings:
- Program Runs: September 8, 2025 – June 18, 2026 (with breaks for holidays)
- Weekly Sessions: Mondays through Thursdays
- Session 1: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Session 2: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM (Parents can sign up for either session)
- Location: Islamic Organization of Southern Tier (IOST), 161 Grand Ave, Johnson City, NY 13790

📚 Ages/Grades:
- Open to boys and girls, ages 6–15 (Grades 1–10)

Iqra After-School provides a well-rounded program to ensure a solid Qur’anic foundation:
- Qur’an Recitation with Tajweed
- Surah Memorization
- Salah (Prayer) Practice
- Essential Duas & Islamic Etiquette

💖 A Supportive Learning Environment:
Our goals for children are to:
- Strengthen their connection with the Qur’an and Salah
- Build knowledge that inspires confidence in faith
- Develop discipline and good character through daily practice
- Connect with their peers and the masjid community

💰 Monthly Fee:
$30 per child
Family Cap: $120 per month
