Before you register, please see the items below that are currently not eligible to be sold at the ISOC Market:
- Chai drinks (loose tea or instant powder prepackaged chai are okay)
- Coffee / Tea (Loose tea or coffee is okay)
- Any type of guns or toys that imitate guns
***Please be informed that submitting your registration DOES NOT guarantee you a spot. One of our representatives will reach out to you to confirm your participation. Kindly be informed that we will not contact you if there is no availability. We do our best to avoid similar vendors at the same time (this applied for food vendors) so, we kindly ask for your patience.
Please be informed that ISOC will provide 10X10 space and outdoor lighting only.
Vendors are responsible for bringing their tables, chairs, or any materials needed for their booth. It is also your responsibility to bring a hand truck or cart to transport your merchandise; we DO NOT provide these or this service.
A small generator is highly recommended if you plan to use electricity.
BOOTH LOCATION:
Booth assignments, location, and arrangements are at the sole discretion of the ISOC market managers.
Important Notice to Vendors: Sales Performance and Refund Policy
We want to ensure all vendors understand our policy regarding sales outcomes and refunds. Please note the following:
- No Refunds for Poor Sales Performance
- Vendor fees and participation costs are non-refundable, regardless of sales results. If your sales do not meet your expectations or if you do not generate any revenue during the night market, you are not eligible for a refund of your vendor fees.
Sales Risk is the Vendor's Responsibility:
As a vendor, you assume full responsibility for your business performance. Factors that may affect your sales include, but are not limited to:
- Product selection and pricing
- Display and presentation quality
- Customer demand and market conditions
- Weather conditions
Market Management Support:
Please note that market management limits vendors from selling similar items (this applies only to food vendors) as a favor to all participating vendors to help optimize sales opportunities for everyone. However, despite this effort to reduce direct competition, market management cannot and does not guarantee any level of sales or foot traffic to your booth. We recommend setting up as attractively as possible to maximize customer traffic to your booth and strategically displaying your merchandise. We provide the venue and basic infrastructure, but we cannot control customer behavior, spending patterns, or market conditions that influence your sales results.

Participating in any market is a business investment that carries inherent risks, just like any other business venture. We encourage all vendors to carefully consider their product offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing approach to maximize their chances of success.
By participating in our market, you acknowledge and accept all of these terms. We recommend treating each market as a learning opportunity to refine your approach for future events.
