Policies for MUBK Maktab. Please read it carefully. Please be aware, To avoid any disruptions, it is required to setup automatic payments. 1. The fee for the MUBK Maktab Course is based on monthly installments of $100 per child due by the 1st day of every month. 2. Payment options: You can sign up for automatic electronic payments through “The Masjid APP”. 3. The installment fees should be submitted by the 1st day of every month, with a grace period till the 5th day of every month. Failure to submit the installment fee by the end of the 5th day of every month, will have the student be automatically disenrolled from the class and other student from waiting list will be automatically enrolled. 4. All fees are due, regardless of -The child being enrolled in the beginning, middle, or end of the month. -Class cancellation due to inclement weather based upon the announcement of the Woodhaven-Brownstown School District. If it's after public school hours, it will be decided no later than one hour before class. -The days missed by the student due to their inability to join the classes, (so as to reserve the child's seat in class). -Student being suspended or expelled from class due to misconduct. -The sick days of the student. -The sick days of the teacher which will be up to and not more than 10 days per year. If the teacher takes a sick leave beyond the 10th day, the fee for that specific month will be prorated. -The yearly vacation schedule of the teacher or student which will be mutually agreed upon, every year. The yearly Tentative holiday schedule as follows: Eidul-Fitr break Eidul-Adha break Late Summer break Winter break: No Classes from December last week of the year. 5. All fees are required upon receipt of this application. Failure to do so, will have this application rendered as incomplete. 6. Parents are responsible drop off and pickup their kids on time. The teacher will not wait for parents and not responsible for any mishaps. By typing your name in the below field "I AGREE" , I hereby freely release, waive and hold harmless the Islamic Association of Michigan/Masjid Umar Bin Khattab, their officers, directors, teachers, employees and volunteers from any liability claims related to personal injuries sustained while enrolled in this program or using the facilities. I have read and understood the fee policy and Waiver.*
