Qur'an Classes Enrolment (Term 3)

Please complete this form to register your child for the Qur’ān classes at Quba Mosque.

Class Schedule:
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Eligibility:
Open to students in Year 3 through Year 7 (Boys and Girls).

If you are enrolling more than one child, fill in the Child (2) and Child (3) fields in the form where necessary.

Reading Levels:
Reading levels will be determined on the first day of the program.

Terms of Enrolment:

Behaviour & Safety
- To ensure a safe, positive environment, repeated or serious misbehaviour may lead to your child's enrolment being reviewed. If necessary, it may be discontinued without a refund.

Daily Logistics
- Drop-off: From 9:50am for a 10:00am start (please don't arrive earlier — there's no supervision before this time).
- Pick-up: 1:00pm sharp.
- Children must be dropped off and collected by a parent/guardian or authorised adult.

Health
-If your child is unwell (fever, contagious illness, vomiting, etc.), please keep them home. We may contact you to pick up your child early if they become unwell during the program.

Belongings
-We take care with students' belongings but can't accept responsibility for lost or damaged personal items.
